Our Exterior Conservatory Service
Our exterior conservatory cleaning service includes a full hand wash of all areas gaining safe roof access by using our conservatory ladder. Moss and debris is removed from all seals, joints and from the roof panels.
Seals are also inspected for damage & any slipped panels noted.
All gutters (inc hard to access box gutters & valleys) are cleared of debris.
All framework is treated with a high foaming fungicidal wash to kill algae.
The roof frame including finials, roof bars and end caps are deeply cleaned.
The gutters, vertical framework and sills are all deeply cleaned to a shine.
Lead flashing is treated with patination oil to prevent future run off.
All glass & panels are cleaned using filtered water. Self cleaning glass is also reactivated by unclogging the coating. (Approved products used).
Minor repairs and leaks can typically be carried out on the day where required.
We do NOT use high pressure washing equipment at any stage of our valeting services.
Neither our products or methods will damage or void warranties on self cleaning glass.
FAQ's
How do you get access to all areas of the roof?
We have our conservatory ladder to gain safe access to the roof. We also have scaffolding equipment for hard to access areas.
Our window cleaner cant clean the roof. Can you?
Absolutely. Window cleaners and exterior cleaners are jacks of all trades, but they don’t specialize in the art of conservatory roof cleaning. Many even recommend us!
Do you need access to a tap or water supply?
Yes. We will need access to an exterior tap. We do have filtered water in our vans but we only use this for final rinsing and glass cleaning.
Can you clean around the roof vent?
We sure will. This is where our specialist conservatory roof ladder comes in, as we can gain safe access to all areas of the roof.
