COMPLETE CONSERVATORY / ORANGERY CLEANING

This service is not simply an interior & exterior conservatory clean. This is a complete detailed valet of your structure to not only leav it looking revived and great but to also maintain and prolong its life into the future. Please do NOT compare this to a typical conservatory clean. Our reviews along with our description below should be read with care if comparing services.

THE ART OF OUR COMPLETE VALET

Lets begin with the interior...

Interior roof framework, support beams & endcaps treated with our mould treatment, this safely kills mould on contact.

Our APC (all purpose cleaner) is then applied to the roof areas before being wiped away using a plush microfiber towel.

Dead insects are blown, brushed and vacuumed from the roof chanels where the roof meets the vertical panels.

Any roof vents will be opened up and the internal framework cleaned and the winding mechinism lubricated.

PVC roof frames are polished, removing ingrained dirt and surface staining before applying a ceramic based dressing to the surface for protection & shine.

Window and door shuts (casements) are cleaned with a heavy duty APC and locks and hinges lubricated.

All vertical framework and glazing is then treated as above. Window sills are also cleaned at this stage.

Now for the exterior...

Moss and debris is firstly removed from all seals, joints and from the roof.
Gutters are then cleared to remove debris and growth, allowing water to run freely.

The entirty of the roof is treated with a high foaming fungicidal wash to begin breaking down algae. This also contains a APC and when left to dwell helps remove contamination.

All elements of the roof is then aggitated, cleaned and rinsed with clean water. A second alication of APC is then applied before once again being aggitated and removed.

A ceramic based protectant is applied to the roof frame. This is a spray on, rinse of formula that helps to restore shine and protect the freshy cleaned framework.

The vertical panels recieve the same treatments as above, however areas requiring polishing will be polished to remove as much staining as possible.

All glass is then cleaned with our glazing cleaner, before being rinsed off with filtered water from the van. We also use a mild rinsaid to help prevent any streaking and boost shine.

No pressure washers are used during our valet service. High pressure will force moss & debris into the seals and joints, causing future problems and possible leaks.

FAQ's

How do you get access the roof?

We have work platforms, step ladders and podium towers for the interior. The exterior requires our conservatory ladder system and scaffolding equipment.

We have a film on the roof glass. Does that matter?

Not a problem. Any glass we clean that has an after market film installed we use a different cleaner, as glass cleaner is not made for films and could cause damage.

Please can you get rid of the insects in the channel?

Yes, we will aim to remove all mould, insects and debris from the channels in your conservatory. We have specialist tools to allow us to do our best.

We have roof blinds, can you still clean?

Yes, at the time of quotation we will price for lowering and carrying out our blind service as part of the valet.
