COMPLETE COMPREHENSIVE CONSERVATORY VALET SERVICE
If your looking to get your conservatory looking in tip top condition, or if you have inherrited a conservatory from a recent house purchase, you may be looking for a more thourough, intensive and detailed valeting service over a standard clean. This service is our most popular and should come as no suprise that the vast majority or conservatories we carry out this treatment to can take 2 days to complete. Not only is the conservatory cleaned but loks and hinges are lubricated and the entirety of the frame is polished before we apply a long lasting ceramic based protectant to all framework, inside and out.

We can't emphasis enough what this service is and can achieve to even the most unloved conservatory or orangery. Great care is taken when cleaning, polishing and enhansing the framework to ensure the room can look its best once finished.
We understand not every customer requires this level of intricate detail when looking for a conservatory valet and therefor offer a more cut back and straightforward cleaning service for both the interior and exterior.

A BESPOKE & THOROUGH SERVICE
This service is a complete valet of both the interior and exterior of the conservatory, orangery or glass room structure.
The Interior
Any large furnitre will be moved and covered. Floor coverings will then be laid down (depending on floor surface) and the framework and sills vacuumed. Our step ladders and podiums are then bought in and set up.
Begining from the inside we start cleaning and polishing all roof framework, cross bars and roof vents before cleaning the glass or polycarbonate roof panels to a crystal clear shine.
All window and door casements and shuts are cleaned before lubricating the locks and hinges with a silicone based lubricant.
Side framework, panes, panels and sills are then cleaned and polished to a shine. Silicone sealant that has become mouldy can also be replaced at this time (if quoted for replacement).
We will remove mould, bug's, everyday grime and cobwebs from all structural and glazing work of the conservatory.
The Exterior
Gutters are cleared of debris along with box guttering and roof valley's. Any moss is then removed from all joints and seals. The roof is then rinsed down to remove loose dirt and debris.
Using our conservatory roof ladder we clean and hand polish all roof framework including the finials, ridge cap, roof caps and bar end caps before being rinsed from top to bottom.
Moving on to the vertical frames, gutters are cleaned and polished before the side panel's, frames and sills are cleaned and polished. Then completly rinsed down with clean fresh water.
All glass panes are then cleaned using pure filtered water from the van. We use a glass cleaning additive (safe for self cleaning coating's). Standard glass is then polished, self cleaning glass is not.
Sills are then given a final rinse with pure water and wiped dowwn with a clean dry cloth and a protective barrier applied to all framework.
Whilst the clean is being carried out we will inspect all elements of the conservatory for damage such as slipped panles, missing parts or general wear and tear. Minor issues can be rectorfied on the day.

By using specially formulated cleaners containing an active biocide, our interior cleaning service not only removes everyday dirt and grime but will also remove mould and will leave behind an active agent to help prevent the mould returning as quickly, as well as making future cleaning much easier due to the carnubra based polish we apply to the roof framework and tie bars.
