A complete valet and service of your conservatory inside and out to renew the shine and prolong its life

Looking for a service much deeper and intensive than whats currently offered by many window cleaning companies as an addition to their service? Southern Conservatory Valeting privide a truely unique conservatory valeting experience that is aimed to clean, maintain and prolong the life of your living space. This service is by far our most popular and has been gaining in popularity over the past 8 years.

What Make's This Service So Different...

This service is extremely intensive and is typically carried out on conservatories either where the owner wants to keep the room in prestine condition, or where the conservatory has been poorly maintained and mould, staining or even cigarette smoke has caused discolouration internally and algae and moss has taken over the seals and joints to the exterior.

This service typically takes one day to complete for conservatories under 12 roof panels and upto 2 days for conservatories larger. The method used during this valet service is mostly by hand, using besopke cream cleaners and micro polishes to aid in the refreshed shine of all PVC. This service does have it's restrictions and can depend on the quality of the origional conservatory.

WHAT OUR COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE OFFERS

INTERIOR

Roof bar's and framework cleaned and polished. Interior gutter shelf cleaned and cleared of bug's.

Roof glazing / panels cleaned and polished to a streak free finish. Sticky marks removed.

Roof vent's are opened and the internal frame cleaned. The winding mechinism is lubricated.

Side panels and framework is cleaned and polished along with the sills.

Any opening conservatory door's and window's are cleaned, the casment's and return's  are also cleaned.

Lock's and hinge's are lubricated and the sill's cleaned and polished.

Roof fans are cleaned and de-cobwebbed.

EXTERIOR

The finials and ridge line are cleaned with a cream cleaner and polished. 

All roof bar's and framework is cleaned using a cream cleaner and buffed to a shine.

Roof vent's are cleaned and polished, any moss or debris is removed and the drain's cleared.

End caps are cleaned and then polished. The gutters are then cleared of debris using our gutter vacuum.

Gutters are washed and polished along with all vertical framework. The sills are treated to a deep polish..

All glass / glazing is cleaned using pure water from the van. This is safe for all glass including self cleaning.

Lead flashing is treated with patination oil where required.

This service is a premium service should not be compared to what local companies may offer. We travel all over England to offer this service and renew the look of tired and unloved looking rooms.
