CONSERVATORY CEILING BLIND SERVICE
Conservatory blinds have become a very popular edition over the last number of years, for some customers it's for privacy and for others its to help shade and keep the room cooler when in direct sunlight. Whatever the reason for blinds, finding a company who will lower them from the framework to remove the dust, bugs and insects can be a challenge.
REMOVAL OF DEAD BUG'S, DUST AND INSECTS
Southern Conservatory Valeting are used to dealing with conservatory ceiling blinds, as over half of the valeting services we carry out are on conservatories or orangeries with ceiling blinds installed. We can deal with both manual and electric roof blinds.
Ceiling blind's are cleaned entirely at the owners risk. Whilst every precaution is taken, we are unable to accept any responsabily for any damage caused during our ceiling blind service.
HOW WE CARRY OUT A CEILING BLIND SERVICE
We lower the blinds from the framework so we can access the roof facing side of the fabric along with the strings and chords.
Using a low suction vacuum and boars hair brush we gently aggitate any bug's and dust from the material. (Staining will not be removed)
The chords and strings are then cleaned with a silicone based cleaner to aid in the operation of the blind once re-installed.
The blind frames are then cleaned with our APC before the blinds are re-hung and tensioned where required and possible.

By using specially formulated cleaners containing an active biocide, our interior cleaning service not only removes everyday dirt and grime but will also remove mould and will leave behind an active agent to help prevent the mould returning as quickly, as well as making future cleaning much easier due to the carnubra based polish we apply to the roof framework and tie bars.
