Do you need to come and see our conservatory to give us a quote?
No. We can give you an over the phone quotation by asking a few questions about your conservatory. To us a conservatory can only differ in size and shape, the valeting and cleaning part is much the same between conservatories.
Do we need to pay you a deposit at time of booking?
No. We do not require any deposit at time of booking for residential customers and home owners.
Are you working during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Yes. We are following all government guidelines and taking additional precautions, such as, not working in teams where we can safely, wearing correct PPE and keeping a safe distance from customers.
How do you accept payment?
We accept payment by card (debit & credit) and cash. Cheques are accepted by prior written agreement only.
Are you a franchise?
We are not a franchise and use our own full time employed staff.
Does the room need to be completely cleared of all furniture?
If you can clear what you realistically can from the room its a big help. Please don't worry if there are some items that cant be moved due to size or space, we will be happy to work around them or move them just enough for access.
Do you work year round and does the weather affect you?
We work year round and usually the weather will not affect us. Sometimes due to heavy ice, snow or strong winds we may need to postpone your booking. We keep a close eye on the weather and aim to give you as much notice as possible if we do need to change your booking date.
How long does the valet take?
The time it takes to carry out a clean or valet depends on the size and style of your conservatory as well as what level of service you have booked. The majority of valets take from 4 hours to 2 days to complete with our Premium Valet Service taking the most time to complete.
Our window cleaner offers conservatory cleaning. Is your service the same?
No. In fact we have carried out many valets on behalf of window cleaners. We specialise in only conservatory and orangery valeting and have all the required equipment and knowledge to valet even the dirtiest of conservatories. Most window cleaners only offer a water fed pole conservatory clean, whilst we offer a complete valet carried out by hand along with methods to enhance and protect your living space.
